Return policy - dec. 2025

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return unworn items within 14 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website.

Return Costs

  • Italy (IT) Orders: The first return using the courier indicated by Di Sabatino srl is free (1st free exchange). A second return will incur a mandatory refund with a €15 handling fee.
  • EU / UK / US Orders: Return shipping costs are €15. Customs duties, taxes, and any other import/export charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. These costs will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping costs will only be reimbursed for defective products.

If the return is sent using a different courier than the one assigned, all costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Compensation Options

  • Size/Color Exchange (Italy only): You can exchange the item for a different size and/or color, if available. A second exchange will incur a €15 handling fee.
  • Refund (all markets): Refunds are issued after receiving the returned product and passing quality control. Refunds are made to the original payment method, minus return shipping, handling fees, and any duties/taxes.

Important Note on Sizing

Returns based solely on the customer's expectation of a different size are not accepted. If the size or model/variant shipped matches the order, no dispute will be accepted.

Return Procedure

Returns can only be requested for orders with status "Complete".

Important: Before completing a return request, the customer must explicitly accept the Return Policy terms. If the customer does not accept, the return request cannot be processed or registered.

For Registered Customers

  1. Log in to your account and go to the "Return" section.
  2. Select the items to return and indicate the reason for each item.
  3. Accept the Return Policy terms to proceed.
  4. You will receive a return request email with instructions and the return label.
  5. Use the original packaging, include the order confirmation, attach the return label, and drop the package at a GLS (Italy/EU) or DHL/FedEx (UK/US) collection point.

For Non-Registered Customers

  1. Visit www.disabatinoabbigliamento.it and click "Request Return Online".
  2. Log in using your order number and email.
  3. Select the items to return and indicate the reason for each item.
  4. Accept the Return Policy terms to proceed.
  5. Follow the instructions to register your return and receive the return label.
  6. Use the original packaging, include the order confirmation, attach the return label, and drop the package at a GLS (Italy/EU) or DHL/FedEx (UK/US) collection point.

Terms and Conditions of Returns

  • Returns must be dropped off at the courier within 14 days of delivery. Late returns will be refused.
  • Warranty seals must not be tampered with or removed.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original box, which must not be damaged or used as external packaging.
  • Swimwear and underwear must be tried on over your own underwear; items with removed hygienic labels or signs of use will be refused.
  • Unauthorized returns or returns using a different courier may incur a 10% fee on the returned item's value.
  • Perfumes, jewelry, and socks cannot be returned.
  • Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the merchandise being returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
  • European distance selling legislation applies for all unspecified aspects.
