    Payment Methods

    Di Sabatino srl accepts the following payment methods:
    • CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

      • At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit/debit card details into a secure electronic banking system, provided by Nexi or Stripe.

      If there are sufficient funds to make the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. The credit/debit card used will be charged at the time of purchase even if pre-ordered although these items will be dispatched later in the season.

      All transactions are made in Euros and payment gateway conversion rates may apply for EU, US and UK markets.

    • PAYPAL

      • At the time of purchase, customers can choose to pay securely via PayPal. By selecting this option, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment using their PayPal account, or by entering their credit/debit card details if they do not have an account.

      All transactions are made in Euros and payment gateway conversion rates may apply for EU, US and UK markets.

    • PAYMENT BY INSTALLMENTS: KLARNA

      • By choosing the KLARNA payment method (valid for IT, EU and UK), you can divide your purchase into 3 interest-free installments.

      Di Sabatino srl reserves the right to ship according to the information contained in the Klarna order. You can find more information by clicking here.

    • BANK TRANSFER

      • By choosing to pay by bank transfer (valid only for IT orders), at the end of the order the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing the bank details of Di Sabatino srl , after which the goods are set aside pending the arrival of the transfer on the account.

      The customer is required to send a copy of the payment via email to customercare@disabatino.it within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. If Di Sabatino srl does not receive a copy of the payment within this period, it will cancel the order.

      The order will be processed and taken over by the courier only when the transfer has reached the Di Sabatino srl bank account.

    • MARK

      • Exclusively in Italy, it is possible to make purchases with cash on delivery (payment upon delivery). The cash on delivery shipping service has an additional cost of 6.00 euros, non-refundable in the event of a return.
