Shipping
1. Shipping Times
Available products: shipments are entrusted to the courier within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday) from the date of order.
During sales or promotions: shipping may take longer.
Pre-order products: shipped as soon as they are available in the warehouse. Payment is collected at the time of order.
Italian public holidays when couriers do not operate: Jan 1, Jan 6, Easter and Easter Monday, Apr 25, May 1, Jun 2, Aug 15, Nov 1, Dec 8, Dec 25-26.
Note: Di Sabatino srl does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
2. Couriers Used
- Italy and Europe: GLS
- Non-EU (UK and US): FedEx - estimated delivery within a maximum of 10 days.
Di Sabatino srl is not responsible for delays due to customs checks or force majeure events.
3. Shipping Costs

⚠️ From August 29, all purchases from the United States will be taxed according to current regulations (“de minimis” suspension).
4. Shipment Tracking
Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery on the courier's official website.
In case of customs delays, the customer will be contacted by the courier or by Di Sabatino srl.
5. Order Delivery
Customers are advised to carefully inspect the package before signing or accepting delivery.
If the package appears tampered or damaged:
- Sign “with reservation”, or
- Refuse delivery
Any issues must be reported within 1 day of delivery via email to customercare@disabatino.it, attaching photographic evidence. Always keep the original packaging.
Delivery in the United States
For deliveries in the United States, a signature is usually not required unless requested by the courier or the chosen shipping option. Packages may be left in a safe location at the delivery address. The absence of a signature is not a reason for a dispute if it was not required.
6. Missing or Defective Products
- Missing items/accessories: report within 1 day of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Defective products: report within 2 days of delivery; otherwise, the claim cannot be accepted.
Di Sabatino srl reserves the right to verify the condition of products before shipment. Claims may be rejected if inconsistent with the company's photographic records.
7. Customer Responsibility
All customers agree to accept delivery of their package. If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, recipient absent, incorrect phone number, refusal of delivery), shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund.
8. Responsibility After Delivery
Once the courier has confirmed delivery, Di Sabatino srl is no longer responsible for loss, theft, or damage. This includes packages left without a signature or placed in a safe location at the delivery address.
We recommend choosing a secure delivery address and monitoring shipment status via tracking. In case of suspected theft, report the incident to local authorities.
