A - Chest size: Measure your chest from the fullest part wearing a bra with the right fit.
B - Waist measurement:

Long trench coat with a belted waist that can be tucked in at the back. The back offers plenty of room for movement thanks to deep slits at the sides and center, and is decorated with a removable metal belt.
