    TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE - Dec. 2025

    These general conditions of online sale (“General Conditions”) apply to all sales contracts concluded between Di Sabatino srl with registered office in Corso Giuseppe Mazzini 158, 63100 (AP) Italy, VAT number 01213060443, REA: AP-120150 (hereinafter “the Seller”), which sells the products (“Products”) on its website www.disabatinoabbigliamento.it (“site”), and the customer, understood pursuant to article 3 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”) as a consumer, i.e., a natural person acting for purposes other than any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out (“Customer”), on the basis of orders sent electronically through the Website.

    Product Information

    For each product published on the site, images, descriptions and details are available, as well as the table for choosing the correct size. For more information, or measurements relating to individual sizes, contact customer service at customercare@disabatino.it.

    As an authorized reseller of all brands present on the Site, the authenticity of each item is guaranteed.

    The assortment present on the Site reflects the exact availability of each item by size and color. The Site is connected to all stores and warehouses belonging to Di Sabatino srl.

    Once the order request has been received, Di Sabatino srl reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the purchased items. If items are unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will promptly notify the Customer.

    Prices and Payments

    • Prices on IT and EU sites are in Euros, VAT included. For UK and US markets, the customer may choose Euros or local currency (Pound or Dollar). US and UK prices exclude 22% VAT.
    • Starting from August 29th, "de minimis" entry will be terminated, and all US purchases will be taxed based on current regulations.
    • For UK orders, a minimum of £200 is required due to UK tax regulations for EU businesses.
    • Customs duties and charges cannot be quantified in advance and will be calculated by customs upon clearance. Di Sabatino srl is not responsible for these amounts.
    • UK and US orders: orders are subject to customs duties. Therefore, the customer may request cancellation of the order within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, the order cannot be canceled due to customs costs.
    • Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €150. For smaller orders, shipping is €10. All shipments include a Transport Document declaring the value in Euros. Discounted prices are shown for sale items.
    • Invoices can be requested during checkout only, using an Italian billing address with complete tax information. No invoice can be requested afterward.

    Order Status and Cancellations

    • The Customer can monitor orders online in the "My Account" section.
    • Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be modified; separate orders will ship separately.
    • Di Sabatino srl may refuse an order if bank verification is not successful or for reasons beyond its control.
    • Special promotions or sales may cause shipping delays.
    • The Seller may refuse orders or services at any time.
    • The Seller may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time; however, changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
    • UK and US Orders: subject to customs duties. Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of confirmation. After 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled due to customs charges.

    Promotional Codes

    Customers with promotional codes from newsletter or social networks may enter them at checkout. Each code has a start and end date, which cannot be extended.

    Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

    The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, as per the Consumer Code. Procedures for exercising this right and return conditions are detailed on the Return Policy page and must be read before placing an order.
