Our website is, in fact, associated with all the shops and stores belonging to DI SABATINO S.A.S., the authorized retailer of every brand present on the website. DISABATINOABBIGLIAMENTO.IT guarantees the authenticity of every item.

Once we receive the order, DISABATINOABBIGLIAMENTO.IT reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the purchased items.

In the event that the items ordered were not available or, if, for every reason, the order cannot be processed as requested by the client, DISABATINOABBIGLIAMENTO.IT will promptly inform the client.

The prices on the website, the payments and the receipts of every order are in EUR. In Italy, shipping is free for order amounts equal or greater than EUR 100,00 (for lower amounts, the shipping fee is EUR 10,00). All shipments come with a tax receipt that indicates the value in EUR of the single item. The tax receipt for items on sale show the reduced price.

During the purchase process it is possible to request the issue of a tax invoice. In order to receive this document it is necessary to enter a Italian billing address complete with every tax information. If the invoice is not requested when placing the order, there will be no future occasion to request it.

ORDER STATUS

It is possible to keep track online of the progress status of the orders by logging in at the MY ACCOUNT page. We wish to remind our customers that once the orders of available items are confirmed and processed, they cannot be changed. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. CREDIT CARD

   At the time of purchase, customers may enter the details of their credit card in a secure electronic banking system, provided by the Axepta BNP Paribas Group.
   If the existing funds are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. The same credit card will be charged at the time of purchase also in case of pre-orders, although the shipment of such items will happen more forward in the season.

2. KLARNA

   By choosing Klarna payment method, you can split your purchase into three equal payments.

3. BANK TRANSFER

   By choosing payment by bank transfer, at the end of the order the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing the bank details of DI SABATINO, after which the items are reserved pending to the arrival of the transfer..
   The customer is required to send a copy of the payment by e-mail to sales@disabatino.it within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation.
   If within this period DISABATINO will not receive a copy of the event payment, we will cancel the order.
   We will ship the order when the transfer has reached our bank account.
   This payment method is not active for all destinations; therefore, we invite you to check the availability in your cart at the moment of the purchase.
