SHIPMENTS

Shipping costs for European and non-European countries are indicated at check-out.

In case the shipment is subject to customs, all charges, duties and taxes will be borne by the customer.

Return shipping made with the courier indicated by disabatinoabbigliamento.it will be charged to the customer (€15.00). Duties and customs fees are always borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund .

DISABATINOABBIGLIAMENTO.IT does not deliver to post office boxes (P.O. Boxes).

Items already in stock are shipped in 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday) from the date of order. During the sale or promotion period, shipments may take longer. Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they are in stock. Payment is made at the time of order, even if the goods are shipped later in the season.

DI SABATINOABBIGLIAMENTO.IT is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls or force majeure beyond the control of DI SABATINO SAS.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is shipped, customers will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment. In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier company or DISABATINOABBIGLIAMENTO.IT.

DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. DISABATINOABBIGLIAMENTO.IT packages are packed with care. If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservations or refuse the delivery. If the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are encouraged to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact DISABATINOABBIGLIAMENTO.IT at customercare@disabatino.it or contact the customer service number.

If the package and/or the items inside are damaged, or if an item indicated on the delivery note is missing, the Customer must necessarily notify DISABATINO of the fact, with photographic evidence, within 1 day from the delivery date shown on the courier's website. The packaging must be kept for further verification..

Any complaint regarding damage to the items, defects, shortages, or delivery to the wrong address must reach DISABATINOABBIGLIAMENTO.IT within a maximum of 2 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted..

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with DISABATINOABBIGLIAMENTO.IT and therefore agree to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, wrong phone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned but shipmement fees are not refundable for costumers out of Italy.

The return shipment made with the courier indicated by disabatinoabbigliamento.it will be charged to the customer. The return must be delivered within the 14th day from receipt of the order.

Refund is available: if the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised by the customer in the terms and in the manner provided, the seller will refund them the amount paid at the time of purchase except for additional costs: shipping costs, any duties or additional taxes. However, the seller may withhold the refund until they have received the items (and the verification of the returned items has been successful). The refund will be issued on the same payment method used at the time of reservation.

For card purchases, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days and will still be visible on the next bank statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used.

For Stripe purchases, the amount will be returned to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any amount differences due to the change billing cannot be refunded.

For orders paid with Klarna, the amount returned will be net of the commission (equal to 6% on the total order).

In case of bank transfer payments the refund will be made to the customer's bank account, after sending the IBAN and the purchase reference number via email to customercare@disabatino.it.

If the shipment is paid the customer, this amount will not be included in the refund.

RETURN PROCEDURE

The return request can only be made on orders with the "Complete" status.

FOR REGISTERED CUSTOMERS - Are you a registered customer? Follow these steps to request your return:

  1. Access the ACCOUNT section and click on "RETURNS”;
  2. Indicate in the form the items to be returned and state for each the reason for return. After following all the steps you will receive a return request email with all the items details, motivations and type of refund information.
  3. When shipping use the same package with which you received the order. Insert the order confirmation inside the package, glue the label that we will send you externally and deliver the package to a GLS Parcel Shop : here the list. FOR UNREGISTERED CUSTOMERS - Not a registered customer? Follow these steps to request your return:

  1. Go to our website disabatinoabbigliamento.it , go to the bottom of the page, click on “REQUEST RETURNS ONLINE" and log in with the order number and your email;
  2. Indicate in the form the items to be returned and state for each the reason for return. After following all the steps you will receive a return request email with all the items details, motivations and type of refund information.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • The warranty seal on the returned items must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect conditions and have no signs of any kind.

  • Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received together with the order. Tax receipts must be returned together with the items, even in case of partial returns.

  • All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all effects an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been in any way damaged and/or altered, nor used as a single external packaging.

  • In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Di Sabatino sas, the customer is required to follow the same instructions as above. Notice must be given within 2 days of the delivery date stated on the courier's site. Di Sabatino sas reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorising returns for defective goods..

  • Swimwear and underwear (bikini, briefs, etc.) must be tried on over your own personal underwear. Returns of such items will be refused and sent back to the customer in the event that the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed, or in the event that the garments show signs of use.

  • Di Sabatino sas reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or shipped with couriers other than the one in charge. The acceptance of such returns, however, entails a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.

  • Di Sabatino sas will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions provided for in the return policy. In these cases, the goods will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.

  • For items such as perfumes, jewels and socks, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE to request the return.

  • In the event that it is not possible to use the original box used for shipping (mandatory for return), please contact us immediately at customercare@disabatino.it, otherwise we may refuse your return request.

  • For all the instances that are not specifically expressed, the company will comply to the European legislation for distance trading.
